Biosketch

 Dr. Himanshu is an Assistant Professor (Finance and Accounting) in the Department of Management Studies at Netaji Subhas University of Technology, New Delhi, India. He obtained his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, Uttarakhand. He is a member of the British Accounting & Finance Association (BAFA), the American Accounting Association (AAA) and Life-time member of Indian Commerce Association. He has been a member of the Academy for Global Business Advancement. He has chaired the session in the International Conference of the British Finance Association. He has published research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC list and SJR-Q1/Q2. Besides, he also serves as the reviewer of top-tier journals published by Wiley, Emerald, Sage, Springer, and Elsevier. He has presented papers at national and international conferences at institutions of national repute, including BAFA’s Conference in London, AAA’s Conference in USA, and Taylors’ University of Malaysia. He was awarded a Best Paper Award in 15th International Conference on Business and Finance by IBS Hyderabad in the year 2022, and was also awarded NET-JRF by the UGC in Commerce & Management Stream in 2016 and 2019 respectively. He has presented many papers in IITs’/IIMs’ international conference. He holds the degree of M.Com. and B.Com. (Hons.) from University of Delhi. He has served as an Assistant Professor, appointed by MPPSC & UPPSC and a Credit Officer appointed by Bank of India.
